ISSUES

This section will contain different materials to issues which are important to me and to my duties as a Senator. Be sure to check back regularly as the site is updated with new content.

Currently, you will find a number of pieces on the problems that face cities such as Toronto and other urban areas across Canada.  The Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology, of which I am Chair, has been examining many of these issues recently.

Please be sure to read the piece about Senate Reform in order to understand my view as a current Senator. I welcome any comments you may have.
